Modbus
RTU data acquisition products are offered by DGH Corporation. These
products contain a serial port, either RS232 or RS485 and are compatible with all popular commercial software programs that support the Modbus RTU protocol. See individual product details below.
Analog
Inputs
The
D1000M provide direct connection to a wide variety of sensors to any host with an
RS232 or RS485 port. The modules perform all signal conditioning, scaling, linearization, and A/D conversion. They measure analog signals such as: voltages, currents such as 4-20mA, thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors, load cells, frequency
signals and are easily mounted on DIN-Rails using the MK-1
mounting kit.
The D1000M also contain discrete I/O bits to control solid-state relays and sense the position of relay contacts. The discrete outputs are open-collector transistors that can use with a wide variety of relays and control annunciators. See
data sheet for details.
The
D5000M provide direct connection to four analog signals of the same type and range to any host with an RS-232 or RS-485 port. The modules perform all signal conditioning, scaling, linearization and conversion to engineering units. They measure analog signals such as: voltages, currents such as 4-20mA, thermocouples,
thermistor signals and are easily mounted on DIN-Rails using the MK-1
mounting kit. See
data sheet for details.
The DIN rail mounted
DIN-100 modules convert analog input signals to digital data and transmit via RS-485 to a controller which may be a computer or other processor-based equipment. They measure analog signals such as: voltages, currents such as 4-20mA, thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors, load cells and frequency signals.
The DIN-100 series also contain modules for discrete I/O bits to control solid-state relays and sense the position of relay contacts. The discrete outputs are open-collector transistors that can use with a wide variety of relays and control annunciators. See
data sheet for details.
Analog
Outputs
The
DGH D3000M DAC series are complete digital to
analog output modules. They communicate, in Modbus RTU protocol, with
RS232 and RS485 serial ports. Modbus RTU commands are used to control a
12-bit DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) which is scaled to commonly used
current and voltage ranges.
The combination of an accurate high-resolution DAC and a dedicated
microprocessor produces a very powerful intelligent interface between the
host and the DAC. See
data sheet for details.
Digital
I/O
The
DGH 1700M series provide computer monitoring and control of devices
through solid-state relays or TTL signals. The status of digital inputs
and outputs is communicated to the host in either Modbus RTU or DGH ASCII
format using RS232 or RS485 serial communications. The 1700M series
includes:
You can string up
to 247 boards/modules on one twisted pair of wires using RS485 and
repeaters in Modbus RTU format. When using RS232 in Modbus format you can
use one board/module per serial port. The 1700M series allows a single
computer to monitor and control thousands of I/O points. The 1700M series
is compatible with all industry standard I/O relay modules and mounting
boards. See data
sheet for details.
OPC
Server Software
