The 1700 digital I/O series products provide computer monitoring of digital input and digital output signals for control of industrial devices through solid state relays.
The D1700 digital I/O modules
allow a host computer to control thousands of digital I/O points from one serial port. The digital inputs accept signals up to +30Vdc without damage and have TTL logic input switching levels. The digital outputs are open-collector transistors will sink: 30mA (D1701/D1702), 100mA (D1711/D1712) making them ideal for controlling solid state relays. The status of digital inputs and digital outputs are communicated to any host serial port in ASCII using either RS-232 or RS-485.
The 1700M
series is also available. It is similar to the 1700 Series but communicates using the Modbus RTU protocol.
The
D1700 and D1700M digital I/O modules can also be mounted on a DIN-Rail using the MK-1
mounting kit.
The H1700 digital I/O
boards provide direct interface to industry standard mounting racks and solid-state relays. Industry standard mounting racks can be controlled directly with the H1750 or H1770 digital I/O boards.
The H1700M
digital I/O boards are similar to the H1700 Series but communicates using the Modbus RTU protocol.
