Modbus to Analog Output Modules

The DGH
D3000M Modbus DAC series are complete digital to analog
output modules. They communicate, in Modbus RTU protocol, with RS232 and RS485 serial ports.
Modbus RTU commands are used to control a 12-bit DAC
(Digital to Analog Converter) which is scaled to
commonly used current and voltage ranges.
The combination of an accurate high-resolution DAC and a dedicated microprocessor produces a very powerful
intelligent interface between the host and the DAC. See data sheet for details.
The D3000M Modbus RTU DAC series are compatible with the DGH D1000M analog
input modules, the D1700M digital I/O modules, and D5000M multi-channel
analog input series modules and may be mixed in any order on the same
serial port.
The
D3000M
DAC series modules can also be mounted on a DIN-Rail using the MK-1
mounting kit.

Compatibility |

| The
DGH Modbus I/O modules are compatible with all
commercial software programs and OPC servers that support the Modbus RTU
protocol. Commercials software programs from Wonderware, Intellution,
National Instruments LabVIEW, and Dasylab all support the Modbus RTU protocol.
OPC Servers from Kepware
and MatrikonOPC support the Modbus RTU protocol and can be used to connect
with other software programs.
